Guacamole Dip

Ingredients
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 medium tomatoes, diced
  • ¼ medium onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon of green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • Himalayan salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Mash your avocados with a fork.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and mix gently.
  3. Add to your favorite salads, salad wraps or dip your crunchy veggies in it and enjoy!
  4. Refrigerate left over in a sealed container (It lasts for about 2 days).
