a dash of organic non-alcoholic vanilla flavor or organic vanilla beans (optional)
½ cup organic unsweetened coconut milk
1 scoop organic vegan vanilla protein powder (my favorite brand is garden of life)
½ cup organic coconut flower.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 F, mix the ingredients, spread organic extra virgin coconut oil over the baking sheet, pour batter over the sheet into 4 pancakes, bake for about 12 minutes or until ready. Serve with berries, pumpkin seeds, and drizzle a little bit of honey for more sweetness if needed (optional). I had this with some delicious organic ginger tea this morning!
