Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 medium tomatoes, diced
- ¼ medium onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon of green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ lime, juiced
- Himalayan salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mash your avocados with a fork.
- Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and mix gently.
- Add to your favorite salads, salad wraps or dip your crunchy veggies in it and enjoy!
- Refrigerate left over in a sealed container (It lasts for about 2 days).
