I cannot get tired of adding acai berries into my smoothies! These powerful berries are considered a superfood for its countless benefits. While its high amounts of fiber helps to satiate your hunger, your body gets nurtured with its significant amounts of vitamin A,B,C and E, calcium, iron, trace minerals, antioxidants, and protein. Ingredients
•1 cup organic unsweetened coconut or almond milk
•2 handful of organic spinach
•1 organic unsweetened smoothie pack of frozen acai (100 grams).
•1 small organic fresh or frozen banana
•1 cup organic fresh or frozen mixed berries
•1 scoop of organic raw vanilla protein
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend everything until smooth and creamy. You could drink it as a shake or make an acai bowl topped with any berry you’d like, any raw crumbed nuts, seeds or Goji berries to boost. Enjoy!
