Happy first day of spring everyone! Nothing better than starting spring with a healthy, delicious and nutritious spring detox! Of course juices are a must to include in any spring detox! Here is a delicious beet-orange-ginger-celery fresh juice! It is delicious and super beneficial for digestion (ginger); it is filled with antioxidants, it helps to cleanse the kidneys and blood, and it helps to prevent from cancer (beets); it helps to lower cholesterol and cleanse the digestive system (celery); and it is filled with vitamin C (celery and oranges)!!! Besides all of these benefits, it tastes like heaven!
Ingredients
• 2 beets
• 2 oranges
• 2 celery stalks
• 1 inch ginger
Directions
Peel the oranges, wash and cut the vegetable into small pieces (it depends on the juicer you are using, some juicers allow you to juice the whole vegetable and fruit), juice everything! Enjoy!
