Happy Wednesday everyone! Spring is the time for blossoming! In this beautiful season full of sunshine, colors, love and happiness, I couldn’t be happier to announce that I am now, finally starting my health and wellness blog promoting good vibes, happiness, healthy recipes, creative workouts, mindful meditation, detoxification, organic living, skincare, essential oils, crystals, nature, travel, art and anything else that makes my heart sing!

I want to start my first post by sharing my favorite spring green power smoothie with all of you! It’s a refreshing, light and friendly smoothie, without being overly green tasting. If you’re new to green smoothies, this one should soothe your palate thanks to the additions of earth’s candy pineapple chunks and mint leaves!
Refreshing Spring Green Smoothie
- Two large handful spinach
- An extremely nutrient-rich leafy green, containing high amounts of carotenoids, vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid, iron and calcium. It may benefit eye health, reduce oxidative stress, help prevent cancer and reduce blood pressure levels.
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- Packed with a variety of vitamins and minerals; especially vitamin C and manganese. These vitamins are essential for maintaining a healthy immune system and growth.
- a good source of antioxidants, which may reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and certain cancers.
- Filled with digestive enzymes that may aid digestion.
- ¼ cup freshly green mint (or 2 drops of doTERRA peppermint oil)
- Peppermint oil may speed up the movement of food through the stomach, relieving digestive symptoms associated with indigestion. It may also improve the symptoms of IBS.

Combine all ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend for about 1 minute on high and Voilà!
