With summer arriving, who doesn’t crave for something cold and sweet? I know I do! And I love to snack on frozen grapes! Besides being the most delicious natural mini-popsicles one could ask for, frozen grapes  are super simple and easy to make, and they are low in calorie and filled with phytonutrients and antioxidants that will benefit us with healthy aging, longevity, cancer prevention, blood sugar regulation, anti-inflammatory support, cardiovascular improvement and cognitive health. So, the next time you crave for some ice-cream, have some frozen grapes ready on your freezer as a delicious alternative that will have you mouthwatering and liking your fingers! I promise you won’t regret!

Com a chegada do verão , quem não tem vontade de comer alguma coisa gelada e doce? Eu sei que eu tenho! E eu amo comer uvas congeladas no meu lanche da tarde! Além de serem os mini- picolés mais deliciosos e naturais que poderiam existir, uvas congeladas são super simples e fácil de fazer, e elas são de caloria baixa e cheias de fitonutrientes e antioxidantes que nos beneficiam com o envelhecimento saudável , longevidade, prevenção do câncer, regulação do açúcar no sangue, suporte anti-inflamatório e a melhora da saúde cardiovascular e cognitiva. Então, da próxima vez que você tiver vontade de comer sorvete ou picolé, tenha algumas uvas congeladas prontas em seu congelador como uma alternativa deliciosa que vai te fazer ficar com água na boca e lamber os dedos querendo mais! Ingredients
  • As many grapes as you'd like!
Instructions
  1. st choose organic grapes always, for conventionally grown grapes have been shown to carry pesticide residue that cannot be washed off effectively.
  2. Take the grapes off the stem
  3. Wash them under cold running water
  4. Drain them in a colander and pat them dry with a paper towel
  5. Place them in a zip log bag or any other sealable container of preference
  6. Freeze them overnight or for at least 5 hours depending on the amount of grapes you are freezing.
  7. Enjoy!
  8. cup makes a serving size.

Modo de preparo:

Primeiramente, escolha uvas orgânicas sempre , por que as uvas cultivadas convencionalmente vêm mostrando que contêm resíduos de pesticidas que não podem ser lavados de forma eficaz.

Retire as uvas dos talos

Lave em água corrente e fria

Escorra em uma peneira e seque com uma toalha de papel

Coloque dentro de uma sacola de zip log ou qualquer outro recipiente lacrado e esterelizado de preferência

Congele durante a noite ou por pelo menos 5 horas, dependendo da quantidade de uvas que você está congelando.
