IMG_7770[1]Feeling sick and tired of being sick and tired? How about trying this powerful immune-booster, anti-inflammatory, cancer-preventing, skin-glowing, beautifying orange juice?!

A glass of this freshly extracted orange juice is filled with vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients from powerful anti-inflammatory roots and delicious oranges. Juicing is not the only way to stay healthy, you can eat the whole fruit and vegetables, but juicing makes it easier to consume an enormous amount of nutrients packed in one cup, specially for those who are not fond of eating vegetables. Keep in mind that fruit juice is not for everyone for it is high in sugar and calories, and it has no fiber. For instance, a cup of orange juice has about the same amount of sugars as a cup of Coca-Cola. However, you are not buying an orange juice that has gone through processing methods and has been stripped of its nutrition.  This juice is powerful, and I love it! Give it a try!

Oranges are a powerful source of vitamin C, thiamin, folate, potassium, and phytonutrients, such as carotenoids, phenolics and citric acids. Oranges may lower the risk of cardiovascular disease, prevent anemia and kidney stones.

Carrots are filled with vitamin A , Biotin K1, potassium, B6, beta and alpha-Carotene, Lutein, Lycopene and polyacetylenes. Carrots may improve your vision, prevent cancer, and lower blood cholesterol.

Ginger is filled with a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant substance called gingerol, which can help your body heal from the common flue or cold super fast. It also reduces nausea, improves digestion, improves osteoarthritis symptoms, lower blood sugar, fight infections and much more…

Turmeric contains another powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant substance called curcumin, which can fight chronic inflammation in your body, improve brain function and much more.

  • 3 oranges
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 inch turmeric
Instructions
  1. Juice it all (preferably, use a masticating juicer, but if not possible, just use your favorite juicer)
  2. Drink it up!
