Nothing better than a guilt-free mouthwatering dessert that is super fast to make to satisfy your cravings. Strawberries are not only delicious, but filled with antioxidants, such as vitamin c. The best part is that if you chose a chocolate bar that has more than 85% cacao, such as Theo (100% Organic, Fair Trade, and non-GMO certified—one of my favorite bars) you are covering strawberries with a delicious superfood filled with flavonols, antioxidants with many benefits, such as lowering blood pressure and improve cognitive function. It doesn’t get any better than this!

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients
  • 18 organic strawberries, rinsed, patted dry
  • 1 cup chopped dark chocolate (85% cacao)
Instructions
  1. Chop your dark chocolate bar of choice.
  2. Melt chocolate in a mini double boiler over hot, but not boiling water. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Dip strawberries in the melted chocolate.
  4. Gently place each strawberry covered chocolate onto a sheet of wax paper, and chill until the chocolate has hardened. Enjoy!
